Pershendetje miq! U ktheva serisht sot me kete temen e djegies se kalorive. Ndjese qe nuk e postova dot kete artikull diten e hene, sic kisha premtuar, por sapo jam rikuperuar nga nje helmim i tmerrshem, te cilin nuk do ia uroja askujt. Gjithsesi tani jam me mire dhe jam shume e gezuar t’iu sjell te reja ne lidhje me temen e humbjes se kalorive.

Javen qe shkoi shkrova “Si te humbni 4 kg/muaj pa Diete dhe pa Palester”. Nga feedback qe mora nga ju, ishin te shumta komentet e tipit: “Une i bej keto aktivitete dhe nuk bie ne peshe”, apo “C’ti bej punes qe me ben te rri ulur gjithe diten dhe me shton ne peshe”. Prandaj sot do iu tregoj disa ‘marifete’ te vogla qe do iu ndryshojne jeten personave qe bejne jete pasive (sedentare): persona qe punojne ulur shumicen e kohes, shtepiaket, qe shpenzojne shume kohe ne shtepi, si edhe persona te tjere qe priren te mos jene tipa sportive. Ja ku po fillojme me keshillat e sotme:

Kur beni punet e shtepise (lani enet, hiqni pluhurat, lani dyshemene, pastroni dyer e dritare, rregulloni krevatin, etj.) provoni t’i beni ato ne maje te gishtave, apo duke qendruar vetem me nje kembe. Nje veprim i tille do te bente qe te humbisni te pakten 70 kalori/ore me shume sesa ne rastin kur i kryeni punet si zakonisht.

Qendroni ne maje te gishtave kur beni aktivitete te ndryshme ditore

Kur gatuani, bejeni te gjithe procesin ne kembe, pa u ulur, dhe do ishte super nese kjo kohe shpenzohet ne maje te gishtave, me nje kembe apo duke kercyer nen ritmet e muzikes qe iu pelqen. Serisht, efekti eshte +70 kalori/ore te djegura krahasuar me menyren e vjeter te gatimit.

Kur nxirrni femijen me karroce, kaloni nje pjese te shetitjes ne maje te gishtave te kembes. Gjithashtu perdorni cante shpine per femijen dhe mbajeni ate ne kurriz teksa ecni. Duke i kombinuar te dyja keto efekte bashke do digjni 100 kalori/ore me shume sesa duke ecur si zakonisht.

Qendroni me nje kembe kur kryeni aktivitetet tuaja ditore

Perdoreni kohen kur shihni televizor per te palosur rrobat, per te marre pluhurat, per te rregulluar librat apo per te fshire me fshese korenti. Ndersa beni keto pune, terhiqeni trupin mbrapsht per te realizuar zgjatjen e muskujve. Kjo do bente qe te shpenzonit 150 kalori/ore me shume sesa te shihnit pasivisht televizion. Gjithashtu, kjo eshte nje menyre e mire edhe per te ulur konsumimin e ushqimit kur shihni TV.

Nese keni nje pune qe kerkon qe te rrini ulur shumicen e kohes, sigurohuni qe cdo 1 ore qe rrini ulur te ngriheni dhe te levizni per 15 minuta. Perdoreni kete kohe per te bere telefonata, duke perfituar ne kete menyre zakonin e mire qe te flisni ne telefon jo-ulur apo akoma me mire duke levizur. Ose beni sistemimin e dokumentave dhe materialeve te ndryshme duke qendruar ne kembe te tryeza e punes.

Nese qarkulloni me makine, parkojeni ate cdo here ne fund te parkimit, per ta ‘detyruar’ veten te beni pak rruge te detyrueshme cdo here qe do shkoni te makina.

Bisedoni me koleget ne pune ne kembe, nese kjo gje eshte e mundur nga lloji i bisedes. Takojini miqte tuaj per nje shetitje ne natyre, sesa te ulur ne kafe.

Nese keni takime jashte zyre ne distanca deri ne 1 km, shkoni ne kembe. Une e kam praktikuar kete gje, sebashku me mosperdorimin e ashensorit, dhe kam patur shume rezultat me renien ne peshe.

Luani me femijet te pakten 1 ore ne dite. Shmangni lojerat ulur, perfshihuni ne lojrat aktive te femijeve. Keshtu ju i mundesoni vetes te humbi rreth 300 kalori/ore, si edhe kaloni momente te cmuara me te vegjelit tuaj.

Gjithnje, duke ruajtur te njejtin regjim ushqimor qe perdorni deri tani, dhe sidomos pa shtuar embelsirat dhe brumerat.

Hello! I’m back again with “How to loose weight” theme. My apologizes for not being able to post this article as promised on Monday. I was quite sick and felt better only today, and I’m happy to bring you news about calories and weight’s lost.

Last week I wrote “How to loose 2 pounds/week without Diet, nor Exercising”. Many of your comments back for the article were: “I already do these activities and do not loose weight” or “My work obliges me to sit all the day and make me add weight”. That’s why, today, I’ll show you some little tricks that will ‘change’ life for people living sedentary lifestyle: people that work on a desk, housewives that spent lots of time taking care of their home and other non-sportive people. Here I go with today’s advice:

Whenever you clean your house (make the dishes, sweep the floor, dust furniture, wash doors and windows, make the bed, etc.) try to make them while standing on the tips of your toes or standing on one leg. By performing house cleaning activities in this way, you’ll be able to loose +70 calories/hour compare when you do them as usually.

Stand on the tips of your toes while performing daily activities

If you do your cooking not sitting and possibly standing on the tips of your toes or standing on one leg. Should you like dancing, dancing while cooking would be a fantastic thing too. You’ll be able to loose +70 calories/hour compare to your normal way of cooking.

Whenever you walk your baby with baby carriage, do part of your walk standing on the tips of your toes. Another trick is to use backpacking instead of classic baby bag and keep it on your back while walk the baby carriage. Combining both these activities you’ll be able to burn down +100 calories/hour compare to your usual walk.

Stand on one foot while performing daily activities

Use up the TV time to fold your laundries, to dust furniture, to sort the books, or vacuuming. Pull your body back or on the sides while performing such activities. Thus way you’ll make possible to stretch your muscles and burn out more calories (+150 calories/hour) compare to watching TV sitting on the couch. The other benefit is to reduce the amount of food you eat while watching TV.

Should you have a sedentary job, which requires you to sit most of the time, make sure to stand up ever hour and move around for 15 minutes. You can either make your calls while moving around, starting to build the ‘good’ habit of talking on the phone standing up or even better walking around. Another task you can perform during the 15 minutes break from sitting is to sort your documents on your desk while standing up.

If you’re a driver, build the habit to park your car at the very edge of the parking place. This way you’ll ‘oblige’ yourself to walk more anytime you’ll go to your car.

Talk to your co-workers standing anytime this is possible. At the same time, meet your friends for a walk in fresh air rather than sitting on a coffee shop.

Walk to out-of-office meetings with distance up to 2 miles. I’ve practice such habit myself and together with using the stairs instead of elevator; and had good results in weight lost.

Take time to play at least one hour with your kids. I’m not talking about fairy tales telling or other passive games (video-games). Involve yourself fully in kids’ active games. This way you’ll spent precious moments with your little ones and will be able to loose around 300 calories/hour.

Get the habit of fidgeting things: swirl the pen, tap one foot or jiggle one leg.

Do you know people that do non-stopping small movements? These movements are commonly known as fidgeting, and could be: twirl a pen, tap a foot, jiggle one leg, etc. Should you be able to gain a similar habit while sitting, you may loose up to 350 calories/day.

Yes, my friends. It is possible not to feel the change after performing activities mentioned in the first article. The reason being that such activities have already become part of your daily routine and calories you burn with them are bundled into the calories needed to maintain normal daily activity. The tricks I proposed above, will make sure to change this situation and soon after performing them you’ll feel the effect of additional calories’ lost in your weight change. Remember to maintain the same alimentary regime and especially do not add sweets and dough products.

ProLife – Is it Divine or Human Decision?/Aborti – Vendim Hyjnor apo Njerezor?

I was navigating on Twitter this morning and saw a statement coming from the President of the US about abortion. President Trump mentioned his standing about abortion, saying he was a pro-life supporter except cases of rape, incest and when mother’s health is at risk. It was not clear to me what was his exact standing, because I believe the opinion about abortion is one way off. You either accept it or you’re against it. Period! You either believe the miracle of life is something divine coming from God. Or, you believe it is a human decision and thus should be handed to parents and society to decide about it.

The issue of abortion is quite complex in the today’s global environment. As never before, we are living in an era, when the planet is facing important challenges such as: continuous growth of population, scarcity and mismanagement of resources, etc. Scientific and technological development are allowing for prolongation of human life, thus making this problems even more critical for the well-being of the planet and its population. Family planning is one of the solutions used to control the increase of population, still out of control. But, isn’t this a violation of the divine will for life? Isn’t conception of a new life a blessing coming from God?

If mankind interferes in the decision of life conception, I believe the moral discussion of divine blessing vs. human decision has the second one as winner. Whoever accepts the beneficial of a contraceptive pill has already given half-vote for abortion too. Both interfere with the cycle of life, but in different stages of the process.

There are many reasons people would display for the necessity and inevitability of abortion in today’s society: economical issues, parents’ human rights, health issues, lack of parents’ commitment, child gender preference, rape, young age of parents, etc. Some of them are quite strong arguments and definitely have strongly influenced people in the world by dividing them into two big groups. Again, I strongly believe this is a decision, which should not be taken based on arguments, rather based on internal beliefs and values. It is a moral matter, rather then an ethical one. Conditional approval or disapproval does not really help. In the end, there are inner values of majority of people that stand for the final decision. Alabama’s majority of people voted this days to ban the abortion.

We, at FAMILY+ stand Pro-Life. We believe love-for-life is the greatest value to lead the decision about abortion. There are other solutions that could be found to solve issues mentioned, always keeping in mind Love-for-Life and well being of human race. Ceshtja e abortit behet edhe me komplekse ne situaten e sotme globale. Si kurre me pare, po jetojme ne nje epoke qe planeti po perballet me sfida te rendesishme si: rritja e pakontrolluar e popullsise, pamjaftueshmeria dhe keqperdorimi i burimeve, etj. Zhvillimet teknologjike dhe shkencore kane mundesuar zgjatjen e jetegjatesise se njeriut dhe kjo ben qe keto problematika te theksohen edhe me teper, duke vene ne diskutim mireqenien e planetit dhe te popullsise boterore. Planifikimi familjar eshte gjetur si nje nga zgjidhjet e perdorura per kontrollin e rritjes se popullsise. Por ne fakt, a nuk eshte edhe kjo nje nderhyrje ne vullnetin hyjnor per jeten? A nuk konsiderohet edhe ngjizja e nje jete te re nje bekim qe vjen nga zoti?

Une besoj se diskutimi moral: Vullneti Hyjnor kundrejt Vendimit Njerezor, anon nga ana e ketij te dytit, ne momentin qe njerezit nderhyjne ne vendimin per ngjizjen e jetes. Kushdo qe pranon perfitimet e pilulave kontraceptive, ka dhene nje gjysme-vote edhe per abortin. Qe te dyja jane nderhyrje ne ciklin e jetes, vecse ne faza te ndryshme te procesit.

Ka shume arsye qe renditen per domosdoshmerine e abortit si: problemet ekonomike, te drejtat e njeriut qe kane prinderit, problemet shendetsore, mungesa e angazhimit nga prinderit e ardhshem, preferenca per gjinine e femijes, ngjizja me dhune (perdhunimi), mosha e vogel e prinderve te ardhshem, etj. Disa prej tyre jane argumente shume te forta dhe kane ndikuar ndjeshem opinionet e njerezve, duke i ndare ata ne dy grupe te medha. Perseri, ne besojme se vendimi ne lidhje me abortin nuk eshte nje vendim qe merret mbi bazen e argumenteve, por duhet bazuar tek vlerat dhe besimi i brendshem i njeriut. Kjo eshte nje ceshtje morale, dhe jo nje ceshtje etike. Aprovimi apo mos-aprovimi me kushte nuk para ndihmon ne nje ceshtje te tille. Ne fund fare, ato qe vendosin duhet te jene vlerat e brendshme te shumices se njerezve. Shumica e popullsise se shtetit te Alabames ne SHBA votoi keto dite qe te pengoje me ligj abortin.

Ne, te FAMILY+ mbeshtesim Jeten. Ne besojme se ‘dashuria per jeten’ eshte vlera me e fuqishme qe duhet te mbizoteroje vendimin ne lidhje me abortin. Duke mbajtur ne mendje kete parim, duhet te gjenden zgjidhje te tjera per problemet e permendura me lart dhe per te ruajtur mireqenien e races njerezore. Kur te lexosh kete leter, do e kesh kuptuar se une nuk jam i mire per te shprehur ndjenja. Nena jote kembenguli dhe une pranova te perpiqem te shkruaj dicka. Ti bir, me ben te fuqishem, me ben te ndihem baba. Ti ke ndryshuar gjithe jeten time, qe kur u shfaqe te endrrat e mia.

Kur mami jot me tha se ti do vije ne jete, une nuk u habita. Sepse ty te kisha pare ne enderr prej kohesh. Nje enderr qe e shihja vazhdimisht. U shqetesova per ca kohe se c’ishte kjo foshnje qe me dilte perhere ne enderr. Fola me shoket e mi, me thane: “Do hapesh biznes te ri”. Por nuk ma mbushen mendjen. Prezenca jote ishte ndjesi me e forte se biznesi. Shkova edhe te eksperte te fushes, por s’me thane ndonje gje interesante. Vetem gjyshja jote dhe nena ime e kuptoi se cfare ishte. “Do behesh me djale” me tha.

Ti ishe trim qe i vogel fare. Qaje shume pak kur beje vaksinat, nuk grindeshe kot, vec kur te dhimbte ndonje gje, apo kur te merrte uria. Edhe kur mesove te haje e te ecje provoje cdo gje te re pa frike. Sa krenar me ke bere cdo here! Kur shkove ne kopesht per here te pare, u tregove trim. Zure shoke e shoqe pernjehere dhe kur vija une ne darke me tregoje se cfare kishe bere atje. Ajo eshte pjesa me e bukur e dites time dhe mezi pres te vije.

Tani ty te pelqen te luash me top, “Do behem futbollist si Ronaldo, o ba” me thua. Babi e beri topin pjese te kesaj letre, se ti e di sa e prere eshte mami per shfaqjen tende ne internet. Sapo ta shohesh lodren tende te preferuar do e kuptosh se keto fjale jane per ty. Shpirti i babit! I bukuri i babit! Trimi i Babit!

Baba do jete krah teje gjithmone. Kur te rritesh te behesh burre ne do ulemi e do flasim bashke si burrat per cdo gje. Se baba e di se ti do behesh nje burre i forte, trim, i gatshem per t’u perballur me jeten me kurajo e bujari. Bashke me mamin ne do jemi gjithmone per ty. Do gezojme me sukseset e tua dhe do te te mbeshtesim ne veshtiresi. Baba te uron shendet e fat. Ta jetosh jeten i lumtur dhe si njeri i lire bir.

Sipas studimeve shkencore nevojiten 3,500 kalori te humbura per te ulur 1 kg tek femrat, dhe 4,000 kalori per te rene me 1 kg te meshkujt. Nje renie normale dhe e shendetshme konsiderohet kur heq 1 kg/jave ose 3.5 – 4 kg/muaj. Prandaj, pyetja 1 milion dollareshe per te gjithe ata qe nuk iu pelqen palestra apo sportet eshte: Si te humbin 3,500 – 4,000 kalori/jave pa u marre me sport e pa u djersitur? Sot nuk do e prekim fare pjesen e ushqimit, ndaj e gjithe vemendja jone do fokusohet te tregojme se si te humbim kalori duke ruajtur te njejtin regjim ushqimor te deritanishem (sidomos pa shtuar brumera dhe embelsira). Do gjejme menyra qe do na ndihmojne te humbim te pakten 500 kalori ekstra ne dite dhe mundesisht te jene aktivitete, te cilat nuk e ‘deformojne’ stilin tone aktual te jetes dhe nuk na stresojne gjate kryerjes se tyre.

Aktivitetet me te cilat do merremi ndikojne ne nivele te ndryshme ne persona me pesha te ndryshme. Ne kemi marre per krahasim nje individ me peshe 70 kg dhe nje tjeter me peshe 95 kg. Me llogjike te thjeshte, sa me e madhe pesha e individit, aq me i madh eshte numri i kalorive qe humbin nga aktivitetet qe kryejne. Tek pjesa e humbjes se kalorive, fillimi i intervalit i perket peshes 70 kg dhe fundi i perket peshes 95 kg. Per ju qe jeni mes ketyre dy peshave, sasia e kalorive te humbura eshte diku ne intervalin e treguar. Besoj jemi te gjithe te qarte, ndaj po vijoj me pjesen me interesante: Cfare duhet bere per te shpenzuar 500 kalori me shume ne dite?

Aktiviteti 1: Beni 1 ore pune shtepie dhe humbni 200 – 240 kalori.

Aktiviteti 2: Ngjisni shkalle per 10 minuta dhe digjni 100 – 120 kalori.

Aktiviteti 3: Shpenzoni 25 minuta duke u kujdesur per bimet ne ballkonin/kopshtin tuaj dhe humbni 100 – 120 kalori.

Aktiviteti 4: Ecni 1 ore me hap te zakonshem dhe do digjni 200 – 255 kalori.

Aktiviteti 5: Pertypni camcakez per 1 ore dhe digjni 10 – 11 kalori.

Aktiviteti 6: Puthuni me partnerin per 1 minute rresht dhe humbni secili 22 – 26 kalori.

Sic e shihni, ka mjaftueshem mundesi kombinimi per te humbur 500 kalori/dite, pa pasur nevoje te beni ndryshime te medha ne rutinen tuaj, dhe duke investuar ne higjenen dhe shendetin tuaj:

Ecni 1 ore ne dite + Pastroni shtepine per 1 ore + Ngjitni shkallet per 10 min/dite = -4 kg/muaj.

Studies show that a woman needs to spend 3,500 calories to reduce her weight by 2 pounds/week, and for men are needed 4,000 calories spent to loose 2 pounds/week. Losing 8 pounds/month is considered to be a healthy weight lost. So, The $1 million question, asked by people little found of sports and exercising is: How can I looses 3,500 – 4,000 calories/week without sport, nor exercising? Guess what, this is their lucky day. They’ll find the answers reading these rows.

Let’s refresh some knowledge about calories’ issue: Food is the source of calories for our body. Out of the full amount of calories we receive on daily basis with food, 2,000 calories (for women) and 2,500 calories (for men) are needed to perform normal physiological activities of the body and to maintain existing weight. The rest of calories received, if not spent, are deposited as fat in our body. This is the part we want so much to get rid off.

Today, we shall not talk about the food part. All our attention will be focused on how to loose extra calories maintaining the same food regime (without adding sweets and dough foods). Our task is to find activities that will lead in spending 500 more calories every day. Our pre-condition set is to find activities that does not interfere our actual life style and we do not find stressful.

Same activities have different impact on people with different weights. For this article, we’ve considered two cases: one individual weighting 150 pounds and another 200 pounds. Common sense says that the higher the weight, the higher the calories lost when performed the same activity. The first digit in the calories’ lost interval is for the individual weighting 150 pounds, while the other digit is for the 200 pounds one. For those standing in between of these weights, they may counts your result of calories’ lost somewhere on the interval. All explanations set, I think we are ready to continue with the most interesting part: What should we do to spent 500 more calories/day?

Activity 1: Perform 1 hour of tasks for house cleaning and loose 200 – 240 calories.

Activity 2: Climb the stairs for 10 minutes and loose 100 – 120 calories.

Activity 3: Take care of flowers in your balcony/garden for 25 minutes and looses 100 -120 calories.

Activity 4: Walk on your regular pace for one hour and spend 200 – 255 calories.

Activity 5: Chew chewing gum for one hour and loose 10 – 11 calories.

Activity 6: Kiss for 1 minute in a row and loose 22 – 26 calories.

As you may see, there are various opportunities to loose 500 extra calories/day. All activities mentioned are simple routine ones, that cover for healthy basis of life: hygiene, love, health. Here are some combinations you could do:

Walk for 1 hour + Clean you house for 1 hour + Climb stairs for 10 minutes = -8 pounds/month

Spend 25 minutes taking care of your flowers + Walk for 1 hour + Clean your house for 1 hour = -8 pounds/month
